The Impediment Factors of Customers Intentions to Borrow in Peer to Peer Lending Apps

In the last decade, Indonesia's fintech trend are supported by growth of Internet users. A recent report OJK in 2021 shows that online loan services continue to increase millennial generation's dominance. It's because easier gain rather than conventional services. Unfortunately, its service provides several potential threats Moreover, religious values play a critical role shaping consumers' attitudes and behavior towards products or The purpose this study is analyze perceived risk: security risks privacy risks, religiosity predicting customers' intention borrow P2P Lending apps. research approach quantitative, with random sampling technique, sample 86 respondents. data were analyzed using multiple linear regression IBM SPSS 23. Based on results, it can be concluded risk has negative significant effect apps, but no relationship between borrow. As managerial implication, our findings help company focus providing highly secure apps promoting campaigning confidentiality users' personal information.
